Alhamdulillah, kita masih diberikan nikmat oleh Allah untuk berkumpul dalam majelis ilmu ini. Shalawat serta salam kita haturkan kepada Rasulullah ﷺ, teladan utama dalam ibadah yang penuh khusyu’.

1️⃣ Khusyu’ dalam Shalat = Mode Noise Cancelling

Pernahkah Anda memakai noise cancelling headphones? Teknologi ini menghilangkan suara bising di sekitar kita, sehingga kita bisa lebih fokus mendengarkan apa yang kita butuhkan. Khusyu’ dalam shalat juga seperti ini—kita harus mengaktifkan “spiritual noise cancelling”, agar gangguan dunia tidak masuk ke dalam hati kita.

Allah berfirman dalam Al-Qur’an:

“Sungguh beruntung orang-orang yang beriman, (yaitu) orang-orang yang khusyu’ dalam shalatnya.”
(QS. Al-Mu’minun: 1-2)

Bagaimana caranya agar bisa mencapai level fokus ini?

2️⃣ Aktifkan Mode Fokus: Takbiratul Ihram = Login ke Server Allah

Ketika kita mengangkat tangan dan bertakbir, sebenarnya kita masuk ke mode eksklusif ibadah, sama seperti ketika kita login ke akun khusus yang hanya bisa diakses oleh pengguna tertentu. Ini momen ketika kita harus “disconnect” dari dunia dan “connect” hanya kepada Allah.

Rasulullah ﷺ bersabda:

“Sesungguhnya seorang hamba, ketika berdiri dalam shalat, ia sedang berbicara dengan Rabb-nya.”
(HR. Bukhari)

Saat shalat, bayangkan Anda sedang melakukan panggilan langsung dengan Allah, seperti video call tanpa gangguan. Apakah kita akan mengecek HP atau memikirkan hal lain saat bicara langsung dengan seseorang yang sangat penting? Tentu tidak. Maka, ketika shalat, jangan biarkan pikiran mengembara.

3️⃣ Sujud Lama = Charging Baterai Ruhani

Sujud adalah saat paling dekat dengan Allah. Ini seperti saat kita charging baterai spiritual. Semakin lama sujud, semakin penuh energi iman kita. Rasulullah ﷺ bersabda:

“Keadaan paling dekat seorang hamba dengan Rabb-nya adalah saat ia sujud, maka perbanyaklah doa di dalamnya.”
(HR. Muslim)

Bayangkan jika kita membiarkan HP kita hanya terisi 10% lalu langsung dipakai seharian—pasti cepat habis, bukan? Begitu juga dengan iman kita. Jika shalat dilakukan terburu-buru tanpa khusyu’, baterai ruhani kita cepat habis.

4️⃣ Gangguan Shalat = Notifikasi yang Mengganggu

Salah satu alasan sulitnya khusyu’ adalah gangguan eksternal—seperti HP yang terus berbunyi saat kita bekerja. Dalam shalat, gangguan ini bisa berupa suara, pikiran yang melayang, atau godaan setan. Rasulullah ﷺ bersabda:

“Setan datang kepada salah seorang di antara kalian dalam shalatnya, lalu ia mengingatkannya tentang sesuatu yang sebelumnya tidak teringat, sampai akhirnya ia tidak tahu sudah berapa rakaat ia shalat.”
(HR. Bukhari & Muslim)

Solusinya? Aktifkan mode ‘Do Not Disturb’ dalam hati—lupakan dunia sebentar, fokuslah kepada Allah.

5️⃣ Evaluasi Shalat = Audit Keamanan Sistem

Di dunia teknologi, perusahaan besar selalu melakukan audit keamanan untuk memastikan sistemnya tetap aman dan optimal. Begitu juga dengan shalat kita, perlu diaudit secara berkala:
✅ Apakah saya benar-benar memahami arti bacaan shalat saya?
✅ Apakah saya terburu-buru saat shalat?
✅ Apakah saya sudah merasakan koneksi hati dengan Allah?

Jika ada kelemahan, kita harus segera memperbaikinya.

Hadirin yang dirahmati Allah,
Shalat khusyu’ bukan sekadar teori, tetapi harus kita latih setiap hari. Mulai sekarang, mari kita aktifkan “mode noise cancelling spiritual”, login ke server Allah saat takbiratul ihram, charging iman saat sujud, dan matikan notifikasi gangguan dunia.

Semoga Allah menjadikan kita hamba-Nya yang istiqamah dalam menjaga shalat dengan khusyu’.
